The founder of Quality Plastic Repairs Ltda began his career as an automotive repair shop owner in Costa Rica, where he implemented Polyvance’s professional plastic repair techniques in daily operations. This practical experience made it possible to closely measure both technical and financial results, leading to an increase of over 35% in average repair ticket value, along with a significant reduction in rework and a consistent improvement in repair quality and finish.
